I started to work at BETCO on August 22, 1970. I have been here ever since. I like the company. Management has always treated me and other employees well; providing a safe environment to work in. The company has allowed me to learn more skills and improve myself over the years.

39 Years of Service – Maintenance Facility, Mechanical, Suspended Scaffold, Hoist Division Manager

It has been a pleasure working at BETCO Scaffolds. The entire Gilbreath family and management have always been supportive of my duties. I started in November of 1981 as a Heavy Equipment mechanic under supervisor Frank Mann. Over the years, I have been able to advance with the company. The past several years I have been the manager of Facilities, Mechanical, and Suspended Scaffold & Hoist Dept. This November will be my 40th year at BETCO Scaffolds. Come be a part of our team and celebrate your tenure at BETCO Scaffolds.

39 Years of Service – Inside Sales Representative

Thank you BETCO Scaffolds for giving me the opportunity to work for a terrific company for over thirty nine years. What has kept me here is that I have had a wonderful experience working with a great team over the years. I am looking forward to working many more years with BETCO Scaffolds.

34 Years of Service – Human Resource Director

I have worked at BETCO Scaffolds for 34 years. It has been a great pleasure to have worked with the founders of the company, Mr. and Mrs. Gilbreath and the Gilbreath family. During my time I have learned so much and have experienced career growth. It has been a great work environment and have been given opportunities to overcome challenges that have contributed to my success here at BETCO. I work with a great group of colleagues and have had supportive management throughout my years here at BETCO.

31 Years of Service – Credit Manager

My name is Yolanda Stewart, the Credit Manager of BETCO Scaffolds. What has kept me here for the past 25+ years is the excitement and new challenges I face daily. I work with some extraordinary employees who have taught me a lot over the years.

31 Years of Service – Inside Sales Representative

I started with BETCO in 1990 after deciding that the accounting field was somewhat boring for me. I was looking for something a little more exciting when I came upon the opportunity to join BETCO. Little did I know that I would be here over 30 years and still find that every day is different and not at ALL boring! Through it all, it is the team effort that stands out. Our team has members that are very knowledgeable in their areas and are always willing to share their knowledge, make suggestions or provide comic relief every now and then. It is this camaraderie that enables you to go home at the end of the day with a sense of satisfaction in knowing that you have done the best job you can do.

28 Years of Service – Scaffold Asset Manager

On Tuesday January 5th 1993, I began working for BETCO Scaffolds out of what was the La Marque office. I came from a background of 9+ years working maintenance and shutdowns in positions from scaffold builder to General Superintendent over scaffold builders for different companies. When I arrived, I was just looking for that one more job. I found a family owned company that allowed me to use my experience and knowledge to advance myself within the company. I started as Lead Man 28 years and 9 months ago and have worked my way up to Labor Manager then Estimating and Engineering Manager and currently Scaffold Asset Manager. So, when asked why have you stayed and continued to work at BETCO Scaffolds? It is because of the opportunities that BETCO and the Gilbreath family have afforded me.
