Cynthia Holdcraft is the Corporate Controller at BETCO and holds an MS in Accounting with certificates in Risk Management and Audit. She is a CPA with over 24 years of experience spanning all aspects of financial accounting and reporting in both the public and private sectors, including a combined five years with two Big 4 public accounting firms. Ms. Holdcraft is also a Texas-licensed attorney focusing on business and corporate transactions. She joined BETCO in January 2023.

Kelly Taylor is the Director of Operations at BETCO. He has over 28 years of experience in Construction Management. He has performed in various fields including, Oilfield Construction and Fabrication, Offshore Construction and Installation – both Topside and Subsea, and Manufacturing Production and Machining Facilities. He is responsible for all Construction Activities companywide. He joined BETCO in July 2015.

Vicente Richarte is the Dallas/Ft. Worth Branch Manager. He has a BA from Howard Payne University and over 12 years of experience in management and Construction in the Scaffold industry. Mr. Richarte has full P&L responsibility and manages all aspects of branch operations. Including the management and development of customer relationships, safety compliance, sales and marketing, and construction services. He joined BETCO in December of 2013.

Craig Covington is the Safety Manager. He has over 33 years of experience as a safety supervisor, including 21 years in the scaffolding industry and 12 years with off-shore. Mr. Covington teaches a variety of safety-related training courses and has been certified by SAIA and The Scaffold Training Institute. He joined BETCO in December 1998.

Billy Schumaker is the Director of Fence & Edge Protection at BETCO. He has 32 years of extensive knowledge and experience with sales, construction management, estimating & design with scaffold including shoring, swing stages, transport platforms for the construction industries. He assumes all the responsibilities for maintaining customer relations, project bid reviews and coordination of growth initiatives across the Beaumont / Louisiana markets. He joined BETCO in February 2013.

Donald Brooks is the Sales Director for BETCO. He has 25 years of extensive knowledge and experience with sales, construction management, estimating & design with scaffold including shoring, swing stages, transport platforms for the construction industries. He oversees all sales activities for maintaining customer relations, project bid reviews and coordination of growth initiatives across all markets. He joined BETCO in July 2015.
